Nature of the service
LocalRentals is a price comparison and advertising platform for vehicle rentals on Greek islands. We are not a rental company, we do not sell vehicles, and we do not issue rental invoices to tourists or process rental payments.

The European Commission provides an ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before an alternative dispute resolution body unless required by law.
