LocalRentals is a trial / experimental platform. Features, content, and search results are under active development and may be incomplete or change without notice. Use is experimental — there is no guarantee of full or uninterrupted operation.
These terms apply to vehicle rental businesses listed on LocalRentals and/or using the vendor dashboard via a private access link.
The platform acts as a technical hosting intermediary: we host and display content you submit (photos, prices, phone numbers). We are not a party to the rental agreement between a visitor and your business.
When a visitor clicks “Check Availability”, up to one lead token may be consumed from your account (maximum once per visitor/vehicle per 24 hours).
You purchase lead packs via bank transfer / IRIS (after admin confirmation) — not through the platform for the rental paid to the traveler.
When your token balance is zero, your business may be hidden from search until the balance is renewed.
Platform brand, software, and UI belong to the operator. Material you upload remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Scraping, copying listings, or automated data extraction without written permission is prohibited.
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the rental contract you form directly with the traveler, nor for accidents, damage, or incorrect information you declare.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the vendor dashboard or listing after publication constitutes acceptance.
Governing law: Greece. Courts: operator's registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
